At first this looks like a rotation around a single corner, but the cubie placement is a little more complex to allow four colors per side. An ordinary rotation pattern has no more than three colors per side.
Another distinguishing characteristic is that all six face colors are visible from each of the two views.
This is a Meffert's Master Cube from the mid-1990's when they were using tiles in a color scheme with red opposite white.

Nice pattern. This is just a variation of exchanged rings pattern which is well known, with some "cube in cube" thrown in :D

what is the algorithm?
I was trying to reproduce this but kept coming to dead ends where I needed edge pieces that don't exist (ie white-yellow edge). Looked at some of your other patterns and realised you use the Japanese colour scheme. Damn you! Admittedly I should have noticed that green and orange were flipped on the white-green-orange corner piece.
